For more than two decades he has focused on human performance in both career and life in a highly competitive, entrepreneurial-based, global sales environment, with an intense concentration in exploring how the science and mechanisms of human biology, psychology, social interaction, and human physiology apply to performance.

His concept of The 9th Stratum (the operating level of high performance) is rooted in a scale of learning (the 9 Stratum’s of performance) supported by 45 Performance-based Skills spanning 5 categories of human performance.

His work has been validated in many career fields and continues today. His life’s desire is to help individuals attain their highest levels of performance in order to achieve success in their career and find purpose and fulfillment in life.
